As the world gears up for the Olympic Games Paris 2024, Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum (QOSM) will host Let the Games Begin: 3-2-1 Summer Olympics Festival to commemorate 40 years of Qatar’s participation in the Olympic Games.
The festival will take place at 3-2-1 QOSM from 4pm to 7pm, Sunday, July 28 to Sunday, August 4, 2024, offering a variety of engaging activities for all ages. Each day of the festival will feature live Olympic sports demonstrations; educational activities focused on the Olympic logo design, mascots and medals; guided tours on Olympic history, workshops and storytelling sessions themed around the Olympics.
The daily schedule of the festival is as follows:
Sunday, July 28: 4pm to 5pm: Olympic Design; 4pm to 6pm: Olympic Sports (Football, Golf, and Boxing); 5pm to 6pm: Olympic Stories & Workshop; and 5:30pm to 6:30pm: Olympic Tour (English)
Monday 29 July: 4pm to 5pm: Olympic Design; 4pm to 6pm: Olympic Sports (Athletics and handballl); 5pm to 6pm: Olympic Stories & Workshop; 5:30pm to 6:30pm: Olympic Tour (English)
Wednesday 31 July: 4pm to 5pm: Olympic Design;4pm to 6pm: Olympic Sports (Football, Golf, and Boxing); 5pm to 6pm: Olympic Stories & Workshop; and 5:30pm to 6:30pm: Olympic Tour (Arabic)
Thursday, August 1: 4pm to 5pm: Olympic Design; 4pm to 6pm: Olympic Sports (Athletics and handball); 5pm to 6pm: Olympic Stories & Workshop; and 5:30pm to 6:30pm: Olympic Tour (English)

QOSM will be closed on Tuesday, July 30.
Besides hosting the 3-2-1 Summer Olympics Festival, QOSM is staging an exhibition in France’s capital city from July 31 to August 25 at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris Hotel.
The exhibition, titled Olympism: More than a Dream, records 40 years of Qatar’s participation in the Olympics since 1984.
