The 9th Souq Waqif Local Dates Festival continued for the fifth day amid a large public turnout.
The total sales until the fourth day of festival amounted to 81,492 kilos.
The festival is being held in the eastern square of Souq Waqif in an air-conditioned tent. The festival, which runs until August 3, is open to the public daily from 4 PM to 9 PM.
The festival showcases a
variety of fresh dates such as Khalas, Shishi, Sukkari, Khanizi, Barhi, Nabt Sayf, Lulu, and
