DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received on Tuesday at his Amiri Diwan office the credentials of seven new ambassadors to Qatar.
HH the Amir received the credentials of Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain HE Mohammed bin Ali Al Ghatam, Ambassador the Republic of Tajikistan HE Nurmurod Mahmadali, Ambassador of the Republic of Paraguay HE Jose Rafael Avila, Ambassador of the Republic of Guinea HE Thierno Abdoulaye Sow, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam HE Nguyen Huy Hiep, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea HE Yoon Hyunsoo, and Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Austria HE Erika Bernhard.
HH the Amir welcomed the new ambassadors and wished them success in their duties and for the relations between Qatar and their countries further development and growth.
For their part, the ambassadors conveyed to HH the Amir the greetings of their countries' leaders and their wishes for further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people.
The ambassadors were accorded an official reception ceremony upon their arrival at the Amiri Diwan.
