DOHA: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani has condemned political assassinations and targeting civilians while negotiations for a ceasefire in Gaza are continuing. Such actions will not help mediation, he added.
"Political assassinations and continued targeting of civilians while talks continue leads us to ask, how can mediation succeed when one party assassinates the negotiator on the other side?" the prime minister asked in a post on his official X account.
"Peace needs serious partners and a global stance against the disregard for human life," he added.
