DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met at his Amiri Diwan office on Wednesday with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt HE Dr Badr Abdelatty and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the country.
At the outset of the meeting, the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the greetings of President of the Arab Republic of Egypt HE Abdel Fattah El Sisi to HH the Amir and his wishes for continued success for His Highness and development and prosperity for the Qatari people.
For his part, HH the Amir entrusted the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs with his greetings to President HE Abdel Fattah El Sisi and his wishes for continued success for him and further progress and prosperity for the fraternal Egyptian people.
They also discussed relations between the two fraternal countries and aspects of enhancing them, in addition to several topics of common concern.
Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani attended the meeting.
