DOHA: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received at the Amiri Diwan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt HE Dr Badr Abdel Aati, who is currently visiting the country.
They reviewed the relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them, discussed the repercussions of the assassination of Dr Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement in Palestine (Hamas) in the Iranian capital, Tehran, the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, and ways to remove obstacles to the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, in addition to several topics of common interest.
