DOHA: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received a phone call from US Secretary of State HE Antony Blinken.
During the call, they reviewed the close strategic relations between Qatar and the United States of America, ways to support and enhance them, and discussed the latest developments in the situation in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories, developments in the joint mediation efforts to end the war on the Strip, and the ongoing tensions in the Middle East, and stressed the need for calm and de-escalation in the region.
