‘New Salwa Border crossing to spur Saudi-Qatari trade, ties’

Saudi Arabia started trial operations of a new border crossing with Qatar in Salwa on Monday.The new Salwa border crossing would primarily contribute to enhancing the vehicles and passengers traffic, in addition to promoting trade and economic relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, Governor of the Saudi’s Eastern Province Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz was quoted as saying by the Qatar News Agency on Monday.
