Youth Hub, an organisation dedicated to inspiring and empowering Pakistani youth in Qatar, held its inaugural public program on July 25, at the Friends Cultural Centre (FCC). The Quit Tobacco campaign, held from 7pm to 9pm, aimed to educate and support young people in their journey to a smoke-free life.
Youth Hub invited Dr. Ayad and his team as special guests to address the issue of smoking. The event featured informative presentations and a highly engaging workshop on the use of laser therapy as an aid to quit tobacco. The collaboration with Dr. Ayad Al-Shakarchi Medical Center helped make the event a success.
Key speakers included Faridullah, Irfanullah, Mudassir, Dr. Kashif, Dr. Ayad, and Kashif Saleem. Their insights and expertise provided attendees with valuable information and motivation to embark on their smoke-free journey.
One of the highlights of the evening was a live demonstration of laser therapy machine. Attendees had the unique opportunity to see firsthand how this innovative treatment works, adding a practical and interactive element to the program.
