DOHA: The Qatari team has qualified for the semi-finals of the Gulf U-15 Basketball Championship after defeating Oman 91-82 at Qatar University Hall.
The Qatari team displayed good performance during the match, which was equal in most of its periods, but Qatar's superiority in the second quarter (28-20) gave them the advantage.
With this victory, Team Qatar secured their spot in the semi-finals with Bahrain who also beat Oman in the first round.
