Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah met Major-General Brigitte Onganoa, Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Gabon, during her visit to Qatar. During the meeting, the two sides discussed topics of mutual interest and the ways to enhance and develop them.
On this occasion, an official reception ceremony was held for the Gabon minister and the accompanying delegation.
HE Staff Maj Gen (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohamed Al-Mannai, Commander of Qatar Amiri Air Forces, HE Staff Major-General Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Hajiri, Commander of Military Police Forces, and HE Staff Maj Gen Jassim bin Ali Al-Attiyah, Commander of the Joint Special Forces, attended the meeting, in addition to a number of senior officials and officers from both sides.
