Amir sends congratulations to president of Ukraine

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of Ukraine HE Volodymyr Zelensky, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
