Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has urged compassionate individuals to support its Academic Scholarship programme and help make higher education dreams come true for deserving and talented students in Pakistan.

Currently, a staggering 76 percent of Pakistani youth are forced to abandon their dreams of higher education due to financial constraints. Alkhidmat Academic Scholarship has already empowered more than 5,000 deserving students, both male and female, in Pakistan over the past years.

The Alkhidmat Academic Scholarship awarded scholarships to 1,174 talented students in 2024. To mark the new session’s scholarships, Alkhidmat Academic Scholarship organised a convention in Karachi recently. Alkhidmat Secretary General Syed Waqas Jafri participated as the chief guest speaker, sharing Alkhidmat’s mission to support the higher education dreams of talented students in Pakistan.

Alkhidmat Karachi CEO Naveed Ali Baig was also present at the event.

AKFP is one of the largest non-profit organisations in Pakistan. It was established in 1990 with the aim of providing humanitarian services to the underprivileged without any discrimination.

AKFP operates through a network of volunteers and professionals across Pakistan, and has expanded its operations internationally as well. Its dedicated Seven Service Areas include Disaster Management, Education, Health, Mawakhat Program (Micro Financing), Community Services, Orphan Care and Clean Water.

AKFP’s sole aim is to serve humanity. It supports deprived and underprivileged population, strives to improve socio-economic conditions of people, and provides assistance to the deserving and destitute people.

AKFP has gained recognition for its transparent operations and efficient utilization of resources in serving humanity. It has a long experience in implementing humanitarian projects.

AKFP is continuously executing relief and development activities in Pakistan and worldwide which are benefiting millions of people every year.
