DOHA: Within the framework of security cooperation and exchange of expertise, a delegation from the Preventive Security Department of the Qatari Ministry of Interior (MoI) visited the Republic of Turkey, from September 3 to 6, to learn about experiences and practices in the field of tourism security.
The delegation of the Ministry of Interior was headed by Brigadier Majid Shuraida Al Rumaihi, Director of the Preventive Security Department. During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the available and modern systems and programs in the Tourism Security Department of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Turkey and the private and public facilities affiliated with the Tourism Security Department.
The visit comes within the framework of the Ministry of Interior's keenness to transfer and exchange the expertise available to the Republic of Turkey in the field of tourism security.
