Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari has reaffirmed Qatar’s ongoing efforts on the global stage to bring an end to the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
"The efforts are still ongoing and channels of communication remain open... the goals and visits and meetings are ongoing,” Dr Al Ansari told reporters on Tuesday.
He emphasized that Qatar remains deeply committed, both on humanitarian and diplomatic levels, to supporting the Palestinian people and fostering peace and stability in the region.
Dr Al Ansari said that Qatar, with Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani leading the charge, will actively participate in the upcoming United Nations General Assembly sessions, where the Gaza crisis will continue to be a focal point.
