Amir congratulates president of Armenia

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Armenia HE Vahagn Khachaturian on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
