Minister of Finance HE Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari met with Mohammed Salem Al Shahoubi, Minister of Transport and Acting Minister of Finance, on the sidelines of the 9th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of AIIB. Al Kuwari also met with Abdul Fattah Ghaffar, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya.
