DOHA: The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau has announced the start of implementing the flexible work and remote work system, from Sunday, September 29, where government employees can apply for the 'remote work system' through the 'Mawarid' system.

This system, approved by the Council of Ministers, enhances the sustainability of the work environment so that employees can reconcile their work and families.

You can access the 'Mawarid' system and apply for the 'remote work' system, through simple and smooth steps.

Qatari mothers employed in government agencies who have children under the age of 12 years can apply for the 'remote work' system through the Mawarid system after adding family data in easy steps. This system comes to achieve a balance between work and family obligations.

The flexible work and remote work system aims to adopt flexible systems that suit the needs of competencies in the government sector without compromising work requirements, within the framework of Qatar National Vision 2030, which is based on human and social development, and the Third National Development Strategy 2024-2030.
