Primary Health Care Corporation's (PHCC) Workforce Development and Training (WFDT) Directorate, in collaboration with the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences (CU SSPPS), recently launched the Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Training Programme.
Layla al Jasmi, assistant executive director, WFDT Directorate at PHCC, welcomed guests during the event, including Dr Mariam Abdulmalik, PHCC managing director; assistant managing director and executives directors, from PHCC. She said,"The programme is a 24-week training in which learning will be achieved via self-directed, team-based and expert-guided instruction which allows PHCC experienced pharmacists to build upon their foundational skills and acquired understanding of pharmacy practice."
Clinical experts and distinguished educators in the field of Clinical Pharmacy from CU SSPPS shared their experiences and expertise during the event. (TNN)
