DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of condolences to US President HE Joe Biden on the victims of the hurricane that hit several states in the southeast of the country, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
