The Deputy Amir His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani led well-wishers to welcome Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates HH Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his accompanying delegation at the Doha International Airport on Tuesday on an official visit to the country.
Ambassador of Qatar to the United Arab Emirates HE Dr Sultan bin Salmeen Al Mansouri and Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Qatar HE Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa bin Sultan bin Shakhboot Al Nahyan were present to welcome the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
The Crown Prince was accorded an official reception ceremony upon his arrival at the Amiri Diwan.
HH the Deputy Amir held a luncheon banquet in honour of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and his accompanying delegation at the Amiri Diwan on Tuesday.
The banquet was attended by Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, a number of ministers and senior officials.
HH the Deputy Amir later led the farewell of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi of United Arab Emirates (UAE) and accompanying delegation from Doha International Airport on Tuesday.
Also present to bid farewell were ambassador of Qatar to the UAE and ambassador of the UAE to Qatar.
