DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of condolences to President of Nepal HE Ram Chandra Paudel, on the victims of the floods that hit several areas of the country, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
