DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has received HE Pitongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, on the sidelines of the third summit of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) at the Ritz Carlton Hotel - Doha.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to exchanging views on the latest regional and international developments of mutual interest, and discussing a number of topics on the summit agenda.
The meeting was attended by HE Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Chief of the Amiri Diwan, and HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. It was also attended from the Thai side by HE Maris Sanjaya Mbongsa, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and a number of members of the accompanying official delegation.
