Prime minister, French president's envoy discuss de-escalation in Lebanon

DOHA: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani has met with French President's Envoy to Lebanon Jean-Yves Le Drian, who is visiting the country.

During the meeting, they discussed the relations between the two countries, the latest developments in Lebanon, and ways to de-escalate the situation. In addition, they discussed several topics of common concern.
