Qatar chaired the 122 meeting of the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Minister of Finance HE Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari presided over the meeting, which took place in Doha and was attended by ministers of the GCC countries.In his opening speech, Al Kuwari welcomed the participating delegations to Doha, stating that this meeting aims to enhance financial and economic cooperation and integration among the GCC countries. During the meeting, the participants reviewed various topics related to the outcomes of the meetings of the Central Bank Governors Committee of the GCC countries, the Customs Union Authority of the GCC countries, and the Joint Gulf Market Committee, and the agreements reached by the member states in this regard.
