Doha Bank has announced the launch of Fawran for Businesses, a groundbreaking instant payment service for its corporate clients. The new offering enables wholesale banking clients to make real-time payments to business beneficiaries through Doha Bank’s corporate online platform, Tadbeer.
This development aims to streamline and enhance the payment experience for corporate entities, making financial transactions quicker, more secure, and more efficient.
Corporate clients using Fawran for Businesses will benefit from the ability to make payments using various alias types, such as IBAN, company registration number, license number, and computer card number, offering greater flexibility. The service also supports payments to individual beneficiaries using mobile numbers or registered alias names, further simplifying the process.
Doha Bank is one of the first banks in Qatar to go live with this innovative service, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in digital banking and financial solutions. Fawran for Businesses allows local funds transfers with a daily transaction limit of up to QR 50,000, in compliance with Qatar Central Bank regulations, ensuring that all business payments are safe and flexible.
