In an outstanding display of skill and teamwork, Birla Public School’s (BPS) relay team secured the bronze medal in the 4x100 relay, marking the school’s historic first national athletic medal in the CBSE National Athletic Meet. The successful team comprised Abdullah Waheedy (X-J), Shriyansh Ranjan Pattanayak (X-I), Ashish Pappan Johnson (VIII-K), and Faiz Najeeb Haneefa (X-H).
Under the expert guidance of coach Noby C C, the eight-member BPS athletic team showcased their exceptional skills and talents across various events. Abdullah Waheedy stood out for his exceptional performance, making it to the finals in the 100- and 200-metre sprints, demonstrating remarkable skill and determination.
The school management, along with the principal and senior leadership team, expressed their heartfelt congratulations to the young athletes for their remarkable achievement.
