A large number of potential investors visited DHA-Islamabad’s pavilion at the 12th edition of Cityscape Qatar held at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre recently.

DHA-Islamabad, established in 1998, has rapidly grown into a premier housing authority in Pakistan, renowned for its commitment to creating high-quality, sustainable living environments. Covering approx 139,000 kanals and continually expanding, DHA-Islamabad has developed a thriving community that currently includes more than 65,000 housing units. This impressive growth has not only provided modern amenities and infrastructure development but also created more than 6,000 jobs, contributing significantly to the local economy. Each project reflects the organisation’s dedication to excellence and community development, catering to the needs of residents and investors alike.

The three-day event brought together industry leaders, investors, and stakeholders from across the globe to explore real estate opportunities and innovations.

DHA-Islamabad participated with the aim of promoting investment opportunities in Pakistan, specifically tailored for overseas Pakistanis and international investors.

“The DHA-Islamabad team actively engaged with potential investors during the event, showcasing a variety of investment opportunities within the flourishing real estate sector of Pakistan,” remarked Brig Nazir Hussain Khan, Executive Direct Joint Ventures & Business Development, DHA Islamabad.

The DHA-Islamabad team also comprised Col Syed Ali Raza Shah, Director Joints Venture; Muhammad Daniyal Khan Hoti, Dir Marketing & CFO; Muhammed Kamran Khan, Manager Marketing & Sales; and Osama Babar, Marketing Executive.

With a growing urban population, there is an increasing demand for modern housing. DHA-Islamabad’s ongoing projects and upcoming projects/phases present lucrative opportunities for investment in residential plots and apartments sites.

The rise of businesses in Pakistan has spurred demand for commercial spaces.
