BRUSSELS: Qatar has participated in the ministerial meeting between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Council (EU), in Brussels. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi represented the State of Qatar at the meeting.
