Qatar participated in the ministerial meeting between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Council (EU) in Brussels on Wednesday. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi represented Qatar at the meeting. (QNA)
