Pak Shamaa School recently hosted a meeting with esteemed IGCSE representatives, Ian Cortez, the head of the Business Department, and Nimrod Garry D’Silva, accounts relationship manager, who engaged in a productive discussion with Principal Nabila Kaukab and Cambridge section coordinators. The meeting focused on the latest trends and updates within the IGCSE curriculum, ensuring the school remains aligned with international academic standards.

A key highlight of the meeting was the proposal to designate Pak Shamaa School as an official IELTS testing centre. Cortez and D’Silva outlined the benefits of this initiative, which would not only serve the school’s students but also the wider community by providing a local venue for IELTS exams. This development would enhance the school’s reputation and offer students easier access to globally recognised English language qualifications.

Principal Kaukab, along with the Cambridge coordinators, showed strong interest in the proposal, discussing the steps needed to make the IELTS centre a reality. This potential collaboration is viewed as a strategic opportunity to expand the school’s offerings and reinforce its position as a leader in educational excellence in Qatar.

The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both sides eager to explore further possibilities for partnership.
