Amir sends congratulations to king of Tonga

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to HM King Tupou VI of the Kingdom of Tonga on the occasion of his country's National Day.
