Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah met with Chair of the Military Committee of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Admiral Rob Bauer and his accompanying delegation in Doha on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed topics of mutual interest and the relations between them, exploring ways to further enhance and develop these ties.
The meeting was attended by Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces HE Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit, along with several senior officials and officers from both sides.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs also met with Chief of Defence Forces of Uganda General Muhoozi Kainerugaba and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and bilateral relations and means to enhance and develop them.
The meeting was attended by a number of senior officials from both sides.
