Amir congratulates king of Cambodia

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to HM King Norodom Sihamoni of the Kingdom of Cambodia on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
