Minister of Labour and Chairman of the Workforce Planning Committee HE Dr Ali bin Samikh Al Marri chaired the committee’s regular meeting on Sunday.
The committee reviewed recent developments in the national workforce sector and assessed key initiatives and projects outlined in the National Strategy for an Effective and Highly Productive Workforce.
Discussions focused on enhancing national skills, attracting highly skilled expatriate professionals, and increasing the representation of the national workforce in the private sector.
These strategic initiatives aim to further strengthen the country’s human capital and promote sustainable growth within the labour market.
