Real Madrid have suffered further injury blows with Rodrygo and Lucas Vazquez the latest players to face spells on the sidelines.

The pair underwent tests on Monday to determine the extent of the leg injuries they picked up during the first half of Saturday’s 4-0 LaLiga win over Osasuna. Real have not announced how long either player is expected to be out for, but reports in Spain say attacker Rodrygo is likely to absent for up to six weeks while defender Vazquez could be missing for a month. That would rule the pair out of Champions League trip to Liverpool on November 27 as well as a number of La Liga games. It also adds to the headache for Real boss Carlo Ancelotti, who lost Eder Militao to a season-ending knee injury during the Osasuna game and was already without the likes of Dani Carvajal, David Alaba and Thibaut Courtois.
