The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued Amiri Order No 4 of 2024 appointing HE Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad as Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

HH the Amir also issued Amiri Order No 5 of 2024 appointing HE Dr Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed as Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

HH the Amir on Tuesday issued Amiri Decision No 74 of 2024 appointing HE Khalfan bin Ali bin Khalfan Al Bati Al Kaabi as head of the State Security.

HH the Amir issued Amiri Decision No 73 of 2024 appointing Mohammed Saif Saeed Al Suwaidi as CEO of Qatar Investment Authority.

HH the Amir also issued Amiri Decision No 72 of 2024 appointing HE Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Meer as president of Public Works Authority (Ashghal).

HH the Amir issued Amiri Decision No 71 of 2024 appointing HE Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Mohammed Al Suwaidi as managing director of Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).

HH the Amir issued Amiri Decision No 70 of 2024, forming the Board of Directors of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy.

The Decision stipulated that the Board of Directors of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy shall be chaired by the Prime Minister, with President of the Qatar Olympic Committee as vice-chairman. The Board members are Minister of Interior, Minister of Finance, Minister of Culture, Minister of Sports and Youth, Chairman of Qatar Tourism, HE Hassan bin Abdullah Al Thawadi, Engineer Yasser Abdullah Al Jamal, and the Executive Director of the Permanent Committee for Organising Conferences, in addition to three members with experience in the field of the Committee’s competencies chosen by Chairman of the Board.

The chairman of the Board of Directors may add representatives of other concerned parties to the membership of the Board.

HH the Amir also issued Amiri Decision No 69 of 2024, reorganising the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy.

The Amiri Orders and Decisions are effective as of the date of issue and will be published in the official gazette.
