Amir sends congratulations to Sultan of Oman

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the sisterly Sultanate of Oman on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
