The Qatar Meteorological Department (QMD) has predicted light rain during middle of the week.
In social media post on the X platform on Saturday, the QMD said, "According to the latest update of the numerical forecast model, there are initial indications during the middle of the week of chances of light rain at places and the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy.”
On Saturday morning, the QMD warned of strong winds and high waves offshore.
