Abdulrahman bin Abdullatif Al Mannai, President of Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) and Lusail International Circuit (LIC) welcomed Formula 1 teams, drivers and fans on eve of the Qatar F1 Grand Prix.
