A Lebanese-Russian national, Moukarzel was educated in Europe, earning a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in Hospitality Management & Tourism from the prestigious Ecole Supérieure Internationale de Savignac in France. He also honed his foundation in hospitality at the renowned Hotel School in Toulouse, France. Over the past 20 years, Moukarzel has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel groups, including InterContinental, Marriott, Hilton, Accor, and most recently, Fairmont. His career has taken him across key luxury destinations such as Monaco, Cannes, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Doha, Beirut, and Amman, allowing him to bring a global perspective to his leadership.

In addition to his leadership expertise, Moukarzel’s extensive experience in Food and Beverage management has been integral to his career. He has been instrumental in developing award-winning culinary concepts and overseeing operations in renowned properties that have hosted heads of state, royalty, and dignitaries from around the world. His hands-on approach and commitment to creating extraordinary dining experiences have earned him recognition within the industry.
