The much-anticipated Super Singer competition culminated in a spectacular grand finale, attracting hundreds of participants and an enthusiastic audience. Under the leadership of Syed Rafi, president of Doha Music Lovers, the event turned into a remarkable celebration of music and talent, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
Organised by Doha Music Lovers in association with Emote Edition Dance Studios, Super Singer stood out for its unique structure, featuring performances categorised by language and age groups. This innovative approach ensured inclusivity and provided a platform for diverse talent to shine.
The grand finale witnessed an electrifying atmosphere, with exceptional arrangements and a special twist: ties in the Hindi and Tamil languages under the senior category, adding to the thrill. The title winners of the Super Singer competition were S Lalenthika (Title Winner), Nethra Narayanan (First Runner-Up), and Divya Gopi Nair (Second Runner-Up). They each received winner trophies along with cash prizes.
The winners and runners-up were honoured with prestigious trophies and substantial cash prizes, reflecting the organisers’ commitment to celebrating excellence. The event’s highlight was the heartfelt thanks delivered by Syed Rafi, who expressed gratitude to the participants, sponsors, dignitaries, and the audience for their trust and support.
The judging panel comprised industry experts Arvind Kumar, Manikanda Das, Jaweed Bajwa, and Gifta Jeffery, who assessed the outstanding performances. Adding to the event’s grandeur was chief guest Ramesh Bulchandani, general manager of Homes R Us and Daiso.
The event also saw participation of prominent Doha personalities, including Koduru Shivaram Prasad (former Chairperson of ICC), Jai Prakash Singh (CIA President), Krishna Kumar Bandhakavi (former ICC General Secretary), Harish Reddy (TKS President), Venkappa Bhagavatula (AKV President), Choodamani (President of Doha Meditation Space), Vimal Kumar Mani (ICC Film Club President), Ramesha (Vice President of Kannada Sangha), Rajani Murthy (IWWO President), Hudie (Cuban percussionist), Nazia (RJ for Qatar Urdu Radio 107 FM), Vijayalakshmi Karnam (from LTC Group), and many others, who brought star power and significance to the occasion.
The exceptional hosting skills of Mohinder Jalandhary, Christina, and Sangeeta kept the audience entertained throughout the evening, enhancing the experience for everyone present.
Syed Rafi took a moment to recognise the incredible efforts of his team members—Jyothi, Sangeeta, Hiral, Ravi, Mohinder Jalandhary, Sara Ali Khan, Basit Pathan, Abdul Asim, Rony, Visalakshi Nara, Reena Danao, and Noor Afshan—whose dedication made the Super Singer competition a monumental success.
