DOHA: Minister of Social Development and Family HE Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi honoured the winners of the 7th edition of the Theater Festival for Persons with Disabilities in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The award ceremony was held at the Opera House in the Cultural Village Foundation Katara and was attended by officials from the Ministry of Social Development and Family, the Executive Office of the GCC Council of Ministers of Labor and Social Affairs, as well as several ambassadors accredited to the State.
