The National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of the United Kingdom of Britain and Northern Ireland in the field of cybersecurity, on the sidelines of the visit of the Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
The Agency was represented by its President HE Engineer Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Farahid Al Malki while the British side was represented by Jonathan Allen, director-general of Defence and Intelligence at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in the UK.
The memorandum aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation, exchange experiences, and develop joint capabilities to face the growing cyber challenges, in order to contribute to achieving the common interests of the two countries.
