The Ministry of Municipality and Hassad Food Company announced that the opening of the “Traditional Market” exhibition on Thursday, as part of the scheduled exhibitions for Umm Salal Winter Festival.
The exhibition will run for 10 days starting December 5, at the Umm Salal Central Market. The exhibition will showcase a diverse group of Qatari traditional products such as furniture, carpets, oils, dates, perfumes, and many others with the aim of meeting the needs of the visitors and supporting local products.
The Umm Salal Winter festival will host several important events and exhibitions during the period November 21, 2024 till February 19, 2025 with the aim of supporting local products, by providing a suitable marketing platform for local producers throughout the winter season. The festivals daily operational hours are divided into the morning period from 9 am till 1 pm, and the evening period from 4 till 8 pm. On Friday, the morning period will be from 8-10:30 am, while the evening period remains unchanged. (QNA)
