The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani will start an Asian tour on January 27 by paying an official visit to the Republic of Korea, followed by visits to Japan and China.
During the tour, the Amir will hold talks with the leaders and senior officials of the three countries on prospects for enhancing bilateral cooperation and strategic partnership in different fields, for the mutual benefit of Qatar and those states and their people. The Amir will exchange views on regional and international issues of common concern with the leaders of the three states.
The tour will also see the signing of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding in various fields. The Amir will be accompanied by an official delegation.
