Amir congratulates president of Kenya

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Kenya HE Dr William Ruto, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
