The Lagaan Cricket Club’s Qatar National Day Cricket Tournament 2024 under the approval of Qatar Cricket Association will feature 12 top teams, beginning on 15th December 2024 and concluding with the final on 16th January 2025 at the prestigious Qatar Foundation Cricket Ground.
The details were announced recently at a press conference held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Business Park where the winner’s trophy was revealed, along with
a live draw to determine the fixtures.
President of Lagaan Cricket Club, Obaid Tahir, emphasized the importance of unity through sports and expressed confidence that the 2024 Qatar National Day Cricket Tournament will be a resounding success.
Generous prizes include return air tickets for top performers, cash rewards, and individual trophies.
Muzaffaruddin Musharaf (Vice-President of Lagaan Cricket Club) expressed the gratitude to sponsors, particularly Gulf Colours, Mannai Travels, Fahad Travels, Majestic Jewelry, Continental tourism Network, Qatar Oasis, Chai Habat and QIE Auto Services for their unwavering support in making the tournament a reality.
