KUWAIT: The State of Qatar chaired the 113th ministerial meeting of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC), which was held in the State of Kuwait.
Chaired by Minister of State for Energy Affairs HE Eng Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi, the meeting discussed a range of foremost issues, including efforts to advance OAPEC and reorganise its activities to navigate new challenges such as the transition toward low-carbon energy sources.
OAPEC was established in 1968, with its headquarters located in the State of Kuwait.
