Minister of State for Energy Affairs HE Saad Sherida Al Kaabi met with the Minister of Energy and Mines of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria Mohamed Arkab, in Kuwait City on Sunday. Discussions during the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 113rd ministerial meeting of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC), dealt with energy relations and cooperation between Qatar and Algeria and the means to enhance them.
